TIMELINESS
This newspaper could have been written practically anytime given the right facts of the percentages and thoughts from first person of people moving into Austin. The only way this would be wrong is before Austin became the fastest growing city.

PROXIMITY
This has a good example because it effects not just small areas but the whole city of Austin with the city constantly growing.

IMPACT
This Impacts mostly everyone who lives in the city of Austin. When Austin begins to over crowd and jobs become filled by many, competition is war. This is proof from the article that Austin is increasing population. "The very latest data show the growth remains strong. From July 2012 to July 2013, the Austin area added an additional 47,941 residents — basically another San Marcos — and the 2.6 percent growth rate was the nation’s highest among metro areas with more than 1 million people." This is what a person said from their visit to Austin. "“I love that contrast,” said Cool, 30, who moved last month into an apartment along Oltorf Street. “We just fell in love with this place and decided to make the big move.”"Austin is becoming more and more beautiful and is hard to loose the attraction from the visitor around the world. Hopefully more and more homes are being built and new road to reduce traffic.

CONFLICT
The way the city is increasing will effect everyone in time. Looking for jobs will become a war. The traffic will worsen and inpatient humans can get angry. Accidents would hurt physically and some mentally.

HUMAN INTEREST
Not a lot of people would look into this but this can cause drama to us all like a infection sneaking up your body spreading more and more.

NOVELTY
People that have lived in Austin many years may see unusual number of humans in low and high rating places.
